The competition in this CPayscom2 Online Casino contest was very tough. It came down to about the final day as my position dropped shortly after the cpayscom2 online casino seo contest ended. This is my second ever seo contest entering after competiting in CPays’ first seo competition (and not making the money). Well everyone, Today is February 1st, 2007, and the competition just ended as I am typing this. As you can see from the screenshot I took seconds ago, I am VERY pleased to announce that my site, cpayscom2onlinecasino.com has taken, and held, the number one spot in the Google SERPS. This makes me extremely pleased and happy. I am actually happier about taking over the Google section more than the MSN section. However, I still ask myself why CPayscom was paying so much more for MSN, it really makes no sense. Considering Google is the hardest, gets the most searches, and filters out the most spam, you would think they would have made their competition cenetered around Google. Anyways, I am very please about this and have enjoyed participating in this CPayscom2 Online Casino contest - it’s been interesting. Well the competition is almost over. Today is January 16 which means the CPayscom2 Online Casino contest is halfway through its final month. Over the past 2 weeks or so, I’ve noticed my rankings fluctuating between the number 1 and number 2 spot in Google for CPayscom2 Online Casino. Another year has come and gone and you know what that means. There are only 30 days left in this second CPayscom2 Online Casino contest. Following the announcement that it had closed down operations in Gibraltar earlier this week, UK based online operator Bowmans has now advised its customers about a new partnership with gaming firm Bet365.

The news follows the re-launch of Bowmans.com as a new sportsbook, poker room, casino and games room, and sees both companies pooling together their resources following the impact of the UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act).

In my personal opinoin I thought to myself, its about time! My site is also currently holding 7th in Google but is still lost in the rankings of MSN. I found it very interesting to notice google had a large number of my page’s indexed. However, MSN had a very small amount, only 4 I believe. Anyways, according to the CPayscom website, this second competition has been much tougher than the first. It will be interesting to see how it plays out as I believe there is only 50 or 51 more days left in the competition. I am curious to know if any of the other CPayscom2 online casino seo webmaster’s are noticing lots of comment spam on there CPayscom2 Online Casino blog’s now? Within the past month or so I have noticed a HUGE increase on comment spam throughout my blog. It’s easy to remove them and what not but frankly gets annoying. I am debating about completely disabling comments on my CPayscom2 Online Casino blog just so I don’t have to deal with it anymore. What about the rest of you webmaster’s out there?

If you live in the USA then I’m sure you’ve seen or heard about the new law going into effect for US citizens and online gambling. To make a long story short - it’s no longer allowed in the US. Now, does the mean US citizens can’t run informative gambling and cpayscom2 online casino website’s? Absolutely Not. Unless its an online casino. I don’t see this new law effecting CPayscom2 online casino webmaster’s at the moment but I’m sure CasinoPays and other large online casino networks are seeing a huge loss in income since the new law has gone into effect.

It has been a while since I made my last post regarding the CPayscom2 Online Casino contest. Honestly, I’ve been super busy lately and have not had a chance to really stop and check in on the site.

I am very surprised to see it because my link popularity should be rising constantly and my content is well written. Yahoo is not a search engine I am really trying to target in this competition. I have used their search several time’s and find that I am not ranking anywhere near the number 1 spot and only 1st gets paid for Yahoo. Therefor, I decided not to try and make my page customized for the yahoo search engine. But rather, work on optimizing and trying to hit number 1 in Google - but mainly MSN!
